Under the general direction of the Program Director, the Project IMPACT Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and monitoring all mandated services under the program, as well as providing direct service support in the above mentioned areas. Program Coordinator - Administrative Analyst/Specialist - Exempt I (Temporary through August 31, 2023, with the possibility of reappointment) The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining necessary records and preparing regular accreditation reports for the School’s three accredited BS programs. The School offers three BS degrees (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Construction Management) and two MS degrees (Construction Management and Engineering Management). This position provides administrative support to the Chair, faculty, staff and students in the School of Engineering as well as administrative support to the College of Science as needed. Office Manager - Administrative Support Coordinator I This position will also work on verification, appeals, and coordinate administration of program compliance including but not limited to: Credential/Certificate/Non-Degree program review and awarding, Compliance Reviews as it pertains to overawards, aggregate limits, and other administration of checks and balances. This position will help review students aid eligibility, make updates to student awards, and will counsel students and their families regarding financial aid related matters. The Financial Aid Compliance Support Coordinator is responsible for helping students and families navigate the financial aid process. Maintains student confidentiality in accordance with FERPA regulations. Utilizes conflict resolution skills to help students and parents to understand challenges and identify potential solutions.

This includes certification of all Parent PLUS and private education loans, resolving issues between the university’s system and the Dept of Educations. Oversees the administration of both the federal and private loans for CPS. Maintains knowledge of policies of other departments (registrar, student accounts, human resources, athletics, etc) and understands the impact of them on a student’s financial aid eligibility. Exercises independent judgment in the management of operational details of the financial aid process. The Financial Aid Counselor provides excellent service and guidance to prospective, new and current students and their families throughout the financial aid application process determines eligibility within the parameters of institutional, state and federal requirements.
